This website uses GoDaddy Managed WordPress hosting. Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages and access times to deliver the website, diagnose faults and protect it against misuse. The hosting dashboard identifies the data centre region as North America.

The basis for necessary website operation and security is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). GoDaddy may process information internationally. Its privacy notice describes its processing and international transfer safeguards.

Contact and enquiries

If you email us or use the enquiry form, we process your name, email address, optional organisation, selected topic and message to respond and discuss your requirements. Providing this information is voluntary; we need a return contact address to reply. Please do not submit passwords or confidential system information.

For enquiries about a potential contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Hosting and email providers process the information needed to transmit and deliver messages. The form is configured not to store submissions in the WordPress database; messages may be held in the business mailbox and relevant service logs.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for handling the request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted when no longer needed, unless applicable retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer retention. Hosting providers manage operational logs and backups under their service arrangements.
