Certification alignment and training scope
Certification requires two exams: 350-801 CLCOR v2.0 plus one current concentration exam. Passing CLCOR alone does not earn the full CCNP Collaboration certification.
ARA offers core-focused preparation. Any concentration-specific program is scoped separately and its availability is confirmed during your inquiry; it is not automatically included with the core course.

Who CCNP Collaboration Training Is For
Collaboration, Unified Communications, voice, and network engineers; CUCM administrators; and professionals operating on-premises, Webex, or hybrid environments who want stronger technical capability or CCNP Collaboration preparation.
Recommended Background
Working knowledge of IP networking, SIP, basic call routing, and CUCM administration is recommended. Cisco lists no formal certification prerequisites; these recommendations help match the course depth to your experience.

Infrastructure and design
Evaluate deployment choices, service dependencies, resilience, and design tradeoffs across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Protocols and endpoints
Interpret signaling and endpoint registration behavior and use evidence to isolate integration problems.
Gateways and media resources
Work through Cisco IOS XE voice gateway configuration examples, SIP connectivity, and media-resource selection.
Call control
Connect dial-plan decisions, routing policies, user features, and operational verification in an enterprise call-control environment.
Quality of Service
Relate classification, marking, congestion handling, and bandwidth planning to voice and video quality.
Collaboration applications
Examine messaging, presence, and application integrations, with structured checks for service availability and user issues.
Explore Current Concentration Paths
These are Cisco’s certification options, listed for orientation. They are separate from ARA’s core course; ask about the availability and scope of any concentration-specific training.
- 300-815 CLACC — Advanced on-premises call control, mobility, CUBE, and dial planning.
- 300-820 CLHCT — Hybrid and cloud collaboration, administration, security, APIs, and migration.
- 300-830 CLCCE — Cloud customer experience and Webex Contact Center.
Practical learning
Analyze call flows, review configuration examples, and work through gateway, endpoint, application, and voice-quality troubleshooting scenarios. The agreed program identifies core coverage and any separately confirmed specialist modules.
Demonstrations, guided configuration examples, discussion, and troubleshooting activities are selected for the course. Any hands-on environment or access requirements are agreed before the program begins.

Intensive Boot Camp
Focused, instructor-led training through a concentrated schedule, with technical instruction, demonstrations, and practical exercises appropriate to the selected course.
Live Online Training
Interactive remote instruction with technical explanations, demonstrations, discussion, and guided exercises.
Private Team Training
Training adapted to an organization’s technologies, participant experience, and operational requirements.
Boot camp describes the schedule; live online describes the delivery method. A boot camp may be delivered live online. Scope, schedule, and practical arrangements are agreed for each inquiry.
